The U.S. will make a naval defence coalition in the Pacific?

Vice Admiral Michael Boyle commander of the 3rd U.S. fleet announced during training Rim of the Pacific that the U.S. is closer to the Pacific conflict than peace, so the command structure should change to prevent China or North Korea from having problems, says defence News.
