The ultimate Court agreed to recalculate the votes cast in the second circular of elections. The decision concerns respective committees afraid after the vote by electoral protests. It is possible that the votes will be recalculated in 1 of the Krakow commissions, 2 committees in Bielsko-Biała, as well as 1 in Gdańsk and Katowice.

The ultimate Court judges acknowledged the doubts contained in any of the electoral protests concerning the alleged anomalies that occurred in part of the electoral commissions.

"By order of 11 June 2025, the ultimate Court allowed evidence from the examination of ballots from respective committees" was submitted in a communication on the ultimate Court website.

The message besides mentions each committee afraid with the authorisation to re-establish the number of valid votes.

By order of 11 June 2025. The ultimate Court allowed evidence from the examination of ballot cards from:

Circuit Election Commission No 95 in Krakow, Circuit Election Commission No 3 in Oleśno,

Circuit Commission No. 13 in Minsk Mazowiecki, Circuit Election Commission No. 9 in Opolskie Strzelce,

Circuit Election Commission No 25 in Grudziądz,

Regional Election Commission No 17 in Gdańsk,

Circuit Election Commission Nos 30 and 61 in Bielsko-Biała,

Circuit Election Commission No 10 in Tarnów,

Circuit Election Commission No 53 in Katowice,

Circuit Election Commission No 35 in Tychy,

Circuit Election Commission No. 6 in Stone Mountain,

Oblast Election Commission No. 4 in Brest Kujawski

It is not expected that the ultimate Court's decision will in any way affect the position quo – i.e. the election of Karol Nawrocki as President. Errors in counting the votes concern only a twelve of almost 40,000 electoral commissions across Poland. The difference in the number of votes received by both candidates was over 369 1000 in the second circular of elections. associate of the State Election Commission Ryszard Kalisz explained a fewer days ago that the final consequence could be affected by the number of at least 180 1000 incorrectly cast or converted votes.
