"Since Monday, border crossings have become critical infrastructure facilities where outsiders have no access," Minister of Interior and Administration Tomasz Siemoniak told PAP, DPA, AFP and BNS. The police and Border defender have guidelines to act toughly in the substance of alleged citizen patrols, he added.
