Duma depute Sergei Karginov of the Liberal Democratic organization of Russia offered to buy from China the aircraft carrier Liaoning, which was sold to the PRC. The deputy proposed that the aircraft carrier be renamed after Vladimir Zhirinovsky, RIA Novosti reported.
