Former Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Hanna Malar, recalled that Russia has broken all ceasefires since the beginning of the war in 2014. In her opinion, it is now hard to anticipate Moscow to comply with fresh agreements. "Russia repeatedly broke these agreements and yet ended with a full-scale offensive on Ukraine," she said in an interview with PAP.
