On 22 August, officers from the Border defender Service in Kielce took over from police officers from Busk-Zdrój a citizen of Egypt, who repeatedly broke the law in Poland. The foreigner went to the Guarded Centre for Foreigners in Białystok, where he would be waiting for forced deportation.
The Egyptian had previously been punished twice for driving intoxicated. He besides has in his account a crime involving violating the physical integrity of police officers, insulting them, and abuse of his family.
Due to the seriousness of his actions and the threat he posed to the public order and safety of the State, the Commander of the Border defender Service in Kielce made a decision to return to him. The paper besides establishes a ban on entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland and another Schengen countries for the next 5 years.
The Egyptian was transported under convoy to a centre in Białystok. That's where he'll stay until the deportation decision is executed.
