Most of the tens of thousands of civilian war victims in Afghanistan from 2001 to 2021 did not receive justice or designation of their sufferings, according to a UN study published on Tuesday.
"The efforts made in the country and internationally to take work for those who committed acts (against civilians) had limited effect", said UN Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA).
According to UNAMA data, at least 40,000 civilians were killed and 77,000 injured as a consequence of attacks by Taliban rebels, the muslim State, but besides by forces loyal to the muslim Republic of Afghanistan and an global coalition under the leadership of the US.
