The Vice-President of the Management Board of Pol Mieczysław Nowicki invited his members to a gathering of the Bureau of the Management Board on 8 September.
An email referred to Article 50 of the Statute, which explains who replaces the President. The information was provided by PAP by 1 of the recipients of correspondence, Vice-President Marian Kmita.
Article 50 states that "In the absence of the president of PKOl, his powers are exercised by the Vice president of the Management Board appointed by him".
The main point of the Presidium is to conven a board that will order the case concerning the three-month arrest of Piesiewicz on the basis of the decision of the Katowice court.
