
The President's office has so far informed about six laws vetoed by Karol Nawrocki. These included the amendment of the Plant Protection Products Act, which introduced an work for farmers to keep electronic records of the usage of these preparations.
In the justification of the veto, the president pointed out that the introduction of the work to keep records only in electronic form violates the rule of proportionality, equality with the law and the work to defend consumers. In his opinion, this solution is unjustified in the light of constitutional standards and EU law.

The amendment of the Act was to introduce a provision on Electronic Documentation of Applied Plant Protection Measures, whose format would let device reading by farmers. That dossier was to include, inter alia, the name of the plant protection product, together with the authorisation number of its placing on the market, the place of application of the product and the kind of crop sprayed.
