49-year-old Ivanov now became Deputy Minister of Defence in 2016 and was liable for building issues. He was the curator of the construction of the Main Armed Forces Temple in Moscow and its museum complex, in which Adolf Hitler's uniform and hat were exhibited as won “relicts”.
