Behind us “Time for Love” – the first edition of the series of events in Warsaw, preceding the National March of Life. The initiative included conferences, movie screenings and prayer meetings. any events were organized by the Ordo Iuris Institute and the Center of Life and Family. The full cycle culminated with the National March of Life, which passed under the motto "Faith and Faithfulness 966–2026". Karol Nawrocki greeted the president of Poland during the demonstration.
“Time for Love” – week of pro-life and pro-family events in Warsaw
In fresh weeks, the first edition of the initiative "Time for Love“ – a unique series of events dedicated to the protection of life, matrimony and family, organized in Warsaw. This initiative preceded this year National March of Life. any events were organised by the Ordo Iuris Institute and the Center of Life and Family.
Inaugurating debate: phenomenon of pro-life marches
The cycle opened the debate "Are life - defence marches needed?” held in Agere Contra, Warsaw. It was attended by Lidia Klempis – the initiator of the Marches of Celebrate Life, Lidia Sankowska-Grabczuk – co-organizer of the National March of Life, and Paweł Kwasniak – manager of social campaigns at the Institute of Ordo Iuris and the Center of Life and Family, a longtime coordinator of local Marches for Life and household throughout Poland. The participants of the gathering analysed, among others, the impact of attendance on the marches on the decisions of politicians, recalling the example of the National March of Life of 2024 as a force that actually stopped the implementation of laws extending access to abortion.
The Rosary in the defence of Life
One of the events was prayer vigil of the rosary in the intention of protecting life from the Warsaw abortion facility Abotak. This kind of gathering took place for the second time. Prayers are held all period in the same place.
The screening of the movie “And that I Will Not Leave You”
The Stańczyk Club in Warsaw held film projection “And that I will not leave you”, implemented by the Center for Life and household in cooperation with the Commonwealth of hard Marriages Sychar. The movie presents the stories of spouses who, despite major crises and the hazard of falling apart, remained faithful to their spouses. peculiar guests were the protagonists of the documentary, who shared touching testimonies of faithfulness. The participants stressed that the characters' attitudes impressed with courage and interior peace flowing from faith.
The premiere of the movie “I Am Free. I am pro-life”
In Warsaw Multikina G City Reduta Prime Minister paper ‘I'm free. I'm a pro-life“ directed by Michał Król, co-founded by the Centre of Life and Family, the Ordo Iuris Institute and the Fr Peter Skarga Christian Culture Association. The movie shows the pro-life activity in Poland and the United States, and its main protagonist is Dr. Baber Aondo-Akaa, who seeks to answer the question of how to make life defence attractive to the young generation. The organization of the premiere was not free of difficulty – respective cinemas refused to show the film. After the screening, a debate took place involving pro-life creators and activists.
Conference on the demographic crisis
Ordo Iuris Institute held a conference at the Stańczyk Club “Marriage, parenting or loneliness? – between culture, economics and demography” who brought together experts in psychology, theology, sociology and law, including members of the household and Demographic Council at the president of the Republic of Poland. Speakers agreed that the causes of low fertility are deeper than economical factors and are in a crisis of values and culture of individualism.
National March of Life
The “Time for Love” initiative ended National March of Life"Faith and Faithfulness 966–2026", which passed through Warsaw streets, referring to the 1060th anniversary of the Baptism of Poland. Karol Nawrocki greeted the president of Poland before the Presidential Palace, stressing that the march is simply a consequence to the deep demographic crisis. Marcin Perłowski, manager of the Centre for Life and household and Vice president of Ordo Iuris, pointed out that March was a clear signal of opposition to abortion projects planned in the Sejm. The partners of the full event were the Life and household Centre and the Ordo Iuris Institute.
