In Poland, we have now been forced to carry out a revolution in the sphere of building resilience, and all by events that happen just beyond our east border in Ukraine. The analysis developed by the Government safety Centre demonstrates the complexity and many dimensions of the challenges facing us. Its authors effort to map Ukrainian experiences and translate their knowing into national needs, with respect to systemic improvement of law, procedures, human and material resources, approaches to training, and perhaps, above all, to the self-consciousness of citizens.
