The performance entitled ‘One List’ [of Oppositions] is possibly ‘Common List’ on the posters for about a year, but in fresh days its advertising has been increasing. So why are we looking forward to the premiere?
Various reasons are presented to the people, and the fact that they "do not want" is again that "programme differences" etc., etc.
Because I know something about creating a letter from an autopsy, it might be worth explaining where the pain came from.
For the sake of order, we put aside any translations concerning the “programme”. That is what the most believers believe, and let them be left with it.
There is mostly no common list for 1 reason – a manger. This symbolic – seismic one. It is actual in government, in fact in companies, councils, orders, expertise, etc.
Because there are at least a fewer people in each organization who can number and know the electoral code, they know that – mostly – the regulation applies the more you get, and those who have small take even what they have. Kind of like taken from the Gospel...
To illustrate the veracity of these words, let us follow the name of the group, the percent vote and the percent of seats received in the Sejm.
Year 2019. PiS 43.59 and 51.08 seats in the Sejm. KO 27,4 and 29,13 seats. SLD 12.56 and 10.65 seats and Confederation 6.81 percent votes and ... 2.39 percent seats in the Sejm. And the German stool free of charge. Sometimes more.
You can be outraged, but the rules are clear.
So why is there no "one list of opposition" erstwhile you can see that this is "paying off"?
Because the opposition is not a monolith. There is simply a program opposition and "opposition" in line for a trough that in key cases agrees with PiS, but does not have access to jam and has been suffering for the eighth year.
And as long as the Confederate takes more than 5 percent, or what is more frightening to the remainder – around 10, it is becoming more hard for the "opposition" to have a minimum majority.
Getting to government and derivatives opens the vault almost bottomless. We know this from the governments of PSLD or PO-PSL. The deficiency of government means savings and the request to keep the full apparatus either from the money of the “subvention per party”, or from the “messel-senator offices”, or from the local government trough, or from my own resources... that I will joke. Hence parties and parties who are on or under the threshold want “to 1 list” (unless another powers, sometimes ideas, do not let them), and parties a small stronger know that the common list is their possible death. Why?
There are at least 2 things to agree on.
The first to be expelled from the already promised “ones” – in any constituency, almost certain places in the parliament – and who will receive these ones. It's a painful procedure. There are screaming, insulting for the remainder of your life and another spectacular events. And worst of all, the deficiency of government means that displaced people have nothing to feed if they have always lived “from power”. For permanent “activators” are traumatic moments. It's not much of a job, and the trough is moving away.
And the second thing – what about the money after the election, what about the seismic club, the seat planting, etc. This is – what form the election committee takes and how the run money is divided and the possible subsidy for the coalitions, parliamentary seats, commissions, etc.
This is crucial – not any “Poland” – for these formations due to the fact that “the apparatus” wants to eat something. Best not just anything. possibly in the “ideal” organization it can be replaced with “for the sake of the case”, or with a toast “for the unexpected success of our hopeless cause”, but in the another bands...
At the end of a large coalition of all options from right to left, there is inactive a gibberish to tell the crowd. There are people with fantasy.
This time, 1 list of "oppositions" has almost no chance due to the fact that the Confederacy seems to have a unchangeable electorate rather resistant to spells about Russian onucasians, lunatics, punks, etc.
So the remainder is left with around 90% of the votes and seats and... individual “out of the band” decided to play for a large stake.
PSL and Poland2050 (the lettering of the sign was most likely done by a individual who was doing a program logo for PiSu, or plagiarism) decided that the PiS would take besides small from the PSL in the countryside and would request them to rule, while the existence of PL2050 makes sense only in opposition to the PO.
Simple people say that the impact on a separate PL2050 start can have “ones” in cities and an American uncle making a gift for their best client in this part of the world, but what people don't say.
The Left besides had any hopes, but robbed of the socialist program by the Law and being in a hesitation polling voiced the desire for a single list with EU federalists from KO. This does not mean that the Law and Justice Office would not be able to accommodate a fewer people of "great social sensitivity" to each another if necessary. That's not what the planet has seen.
So if large hooks, powers, and extraordinary circumstances are not touched, then the Law and Justice can hope. Whether Poles can have it is another matter.
The mountaineers seated closest to the plumovica even predict, in the situation of highly good results of the Confederation, a large coalition of PiS-KOs (in the model of the CDU-SPD coalition) for “save Poland”.
Who knows who knows...
So far, 2 Excellencys, Polish ambassadors in France and Ukraine have announced publically that the war in Poland – immediately after Russia's business of Ukraine, so possibly “one list” will no longer occupy our – if you apologize – elites.
