Why the mistakes of Western interviews in analysing the situation in Ukraine?

It was not only the Russian services that prepared mediocre analyses of the beginning of aggression against Ukraine. Mistakes in the analysis of the situation related to the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian War besides occurred in the case of US intelligence services and their NATO partners. These included, first of all, attempts to compare Ukraine's situation with that in Afghanistan, as well as underestimating the human origin - in the case of opposition from Ukraine and overpowering corruption in the Russian army.
