Who's going to get the repaired Marders? [COMMENTARY]

The German Rheinmetall company reported the restoration of 16 Marder 1A3 combat infantry vehicles from the Bundeswehr stock. The work was mainly carried out at the contractor's expense, but inactive a deficiency of political support for their transfer to Ukraine. But is this the only possible recipient of these cars?
