The Kremlin signals that the decision on the composition of the Russian delegation for the planned peace talks in Turkey will be taken by Vladimir Putin in due time for him. The Kremlin spokesman, Dmitri Pieskov, refused to speculate on president Putin's possible engagement in these negotiations, stressing that information would be made public erstwhile the president considered it appropriate.
