White House: fresh sanctions against Russia stay on the table

U.S. president Donald Trump's administration is considering introducing fresh sanctions against Russia, an American leader discussing this issue," said White home press secretary Carolina Claire Leavitt.

"I think all options stay on the table, yes. And again, I do not intend to overtake the president in terms of any commitments or decisions, but it is surely something he is considering and discussing," said Leavitt journalists, asked about a possible fresh package of secondary sanctions.

Russia has repeatedly stated that it will deal with the force of sanctions which the West began to exert on Russia a fewer years ago and is inactive increasing. According to him, the main goal of the West is to make the lives of millions worse. Western countries themselves have repeatedly expressed their opinion that sanctions are ineffective.
