Barcelona's Institute for Global wellness (ISGlobal) has unveiled a fresh tool that evaluates 917 European cities according to 13 criteria related to the wellness and well-being of their inhabitants. HUDI (Healthy Urban plan Index) is intended to aid city authorities plan better.
