What happens to submarines in the Navy?

On 8 May, on the pages of the Chancellery of the Sejm, another parliamentary interpelling was made public regarding submarine issues in the Navy. Like the erstwhile one, from February this year, she was referred to MON by Hanna Gill-Friday (now unattached).
