In his message, the president announced that he would not sign the SAFE Act. He said directly: I made a decision that I would not sign a bill that allows Poland to borrow SAFE. I will never sign a bill that strikes our sovereignty, independence, economical and military security. It wasn't a method remark to the rules. It was a signal.
