Hungary imposed sanctions on 3 Ukrainian military after the death of the Zakarpackie Hungarian, who died during forced mobilization. Budapest accuses Kiev of brutal treatment of civilians, and Ukraine announces retaliation. Relations between countries have never been so tense.
