5. The government put people in a bottle, actually, in flat Plus! In fresh years rents in these premises have increased sharply, e.g. in Dębica to PLN 2100 for 58 sqm, in Minsk Mazowiecki for 66 sqm for almost PLN 2600, plus the media fee.
