Let us so divide these events into serious and unwise. At the bottom, which is based on the triangle of the mess of power, we have a coup d'état, which is an effort to change the regulation strategy by force. This is an exotic method of sitting on the throne, that neither the Encyclopaedia Britannica of prof. Davies nor the work of Trzaska, Evert and Michalski describes it.
The assassination is simply a failed attempt, which is why it is not in the encyclopedias. The word itself exists, but without any further explanation. Bolivia is the most common place for a coup. About 200 specified cases have been reported throughout the country's independency history. It's usually done by the army. Here's the thing: individual calls the presidential palace and says: “Mr President, General Rodriguez says. How many garrisons have you had? Ten? And I'm eleven, and so get the fuck out of the presidential palace." The General's assassination is simply a bloodless game. It's a friendly party. Things get much worse erstwhile the colonel calls. Then the blood flows. The capital is called La Paz, or Peace. It should be called Anxiety.
The assassination leads to a coup. The coup is simply a successful coup, that is, in a triangle of a mess of power – the second from the bottom a historical patch. General Rodriguez explains on radio and tv that there is simply a mess in the country, corruption, poorness blamed by the Liberal elite (Blancos) and lawlessness, which is why the Conservatives (Colorados) take over and hold elections. It takes a year or 2 until the call from Colonel Bermudez is received in the palace. Latin American literature is full of specified descriptions.
The next floor, the third, is simply a perfect assassination, or treason. Here we must scope for the legal definition which I will prescribe from the Encyclopedia of Trzaski, Evert and Michalski from a century ago.
"Traitor, crime against the existence of the state. There are 2 basic types of betrayal: treason and betrayal of the country. The first is an attack on the interior safety of the state, in peculiar on its strategy established by fundamental rights, on the individual holding the highest power, on the government, etc. The object of the second is the assassination of the country's external security. The difference between the 2 crimes is that while criminal action is taken within the state itself in treason, abroad external factors are active in the betrayal of the country, i.e. the enemy who comes upon the safety and independency of the state or the full state, and the traitor of the country interacts with this enemy. The criminal action in this case consists in assisting (facilitating) or favoring the enemy in his war or another hostile acts against the State. In all the codes in force in the lands of the Republic, both the betrayal of the state (...) and the betrayal of the country (...) are threatened by the most severe penalties, namely the death punishment or dense prison" (Tom V a-z p. 1143). So much for the coup dredging. The state only occurs with the 3rd drone, and rightly so, due to the fact that the ridiculous thing would be a state coup...
The top of the triangle, or pyramid of a mess of power, is reserved for a mixture of oligarchy, clicks, dictatorships, democracy and at the end of tyranny. Oligarchy was introduced to Aristotle's political teachings. He defined it as a number power against the interests of the general public. This is seen in Russia, where oligarchy melts in favour of the general elite. The dictatorship connects us with the politician today. It is simply a strategy of governance by a clique that comes to power through democratic elections and transforms the strategy through a delicate or alternatively creeping coup. That's what Hitler did. He headed a dictatorship that he turned into tyranny. And again, after Aristotle, we say tyranny is the power of an individual against the interests of the whole. The road to this summit leads through all the above mentioned stages and methods including the state mast.
