The members of the squad are "confidential", there is no content in the minutes of the meetings – only the framework gathering points and the list of participants. Journalists are not allowed to attend meetings, and the minister refuses to participate in the work of the squad (or even to look at these works) of a civilian organisation. Is this the peculiar services committee? No! No! This is how Adam Niedzielski called for this team on the improvement of guidance for medicinal entities on termination procedures. The Life and household Foundation sent a study to participate in the team's work. Mr Grzegorz Braun (Confederation of the Polish Crown) besides conducted the parliamentary intervention by asking a number of questions about the form of the team's work and documentation from its meetings.
The answers to both writings are shocking.
No journalists are expected to attend the squad meetings – reads the answer to Grzegorz Braun's letter. The other action, i.e. the deficiency of the social side's acceptance of the team's work, is an authoritarian and denying the thought of a democratic regulation of law. We reported to the meetings of the Team, among others, the psychiatrist Dr. Katarzyna Ratkowska, known for her pro-life views. However, it is clear that officials do not want anyone who can defend children at squad meetings. They don't want a psychiatrist due to the fact that she might be opposed to her mother's bad intellectual state as a reason for abortion. Or possibly – even worse – she will propose how to take care of a pregnant female in a intellectual crisis alternatively of aborting her child...
In turn, Grzegorz Braun, referring to Article 20(1) on the performance of the mandate of the MP and Senator (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1799), in a letter addressed to the Minister of Health, asked for information on, among others, the agenda of squad meetings, subjects, recordings and transcripts from meetings already held and asked for the anticipation of submitting journalistic accreditation. The answer sent by the Ministry of wellness is general and the attached protocols contain nothing another than a list of points and persons taking part in squad meetings. He besides amazes the part about confidentiality – we read: Whereas the members of the Group and another persons invited by the president or the Deputy president of the Group are obliged to keep the confidentiality of information related to the activities of the Group, the participation of journalists in meetings is not foreseen. A commitment to confidentiality on a substance as crucial as protecting life is simply a mockery. It is interesting that the Minister of Sunday did not care about confidentiality erstwhile He publically revealed a doctor's secret about Peter Pisula's doctor.
It can be assumed that the people of Sunday know that they are doing something wrong, so they fear and want everything to happen behind closed doors in a strictly intimate group. We know that this squad has not been called up to increase the protection of life, but to make life even easier to end in the most brutal and soulless way. Therefore, the squad members and the Minister of wellness themselves fear life defenders. With the back door they intend to lead to the fact that without changing the provisions in the Constitution, the number of abortions in Poland will increase and even more tiny Poles will murder. They want to take advantage of 1 of the 2 exceptions to the ban on abortion in Poland – a condition about the danger of life and wellness of women. Bringing a female under the wellness of intellectual wellness opens the door to execute abortions on request due to e.g. the intellectual well-being of the mother. According to the Minister of wellness Any female in this country has the right, in the event of a threat to wellness or life, to abort pregnancy, or abortion. These 2 conditions should be treated separately (quote from AN press conference in June this year).
