A friend asked me why are you organizing the “Black and Shadows of People's Poland” Conference? We all have our reasons. I'll compose about mine.
At the turn of the 1940s and 1950s, the conflict of many soldiers fighting the German occupier was shamefully ignored. It was almost a decade old, and it began to gradually delude past and rehabilitate those who were harmed. In 3rd Poland we observe the reverse process. The further it goes since the turn of 1989, the more lies the past and stains the fecal stories of those who risked their lives and wellness for Poland. Without any moderation in the senseless act of hatred, those soldiers who went from the East were spit on to liberate our country from Nazi and Germanism and to be able to return to Poland. The memory of soldiers 1 and 2 of the Polish Army was damaged. Soldiers who, along with russian troops, saved our nation from biological destruction.
Polish soldiers fought and died to be able to return, fight and work for their homeland. They liberated Polish cities and villages. They died going to aid the insurgents in Warsaw. They liberated death camps, prisons, and Gestapo execution camps. They fought on the Pomeranian Wala and pushed Oder. They ripped out wide access to the Baltic Sea for Poland. Silesia was in Poland. In Berlin, they blocked the winning Polish flag. present they became truly cursed soldiers. Nobody welcomes them with the slogan “Hi and Glory to Heroes!”. Nobody wears their images on shirts. fewer people remember them, only fewer mention them. They disappeared from the monuments and ceased to be patrons of the streets. Their responsibility was that they found themselves out of no choice at any given time or place.
A crucial part of them remained after the war in the reborn Polish Army. For them, the war had not yet ended in 1945. Among them were Siberians, soldiers of September run 39, AK-owts and survivors of Ukrainian pogroms. They defended civilians against bandits, Ukrainian butchers from UPA in eagle uniforms. They were soldiers of the reborn Polish Army (today from a contemptuously called folk) as officers of the interior safety Corps and civilian Militia. Others without uniforms rebuilt destroyed Poland, taught, healed, sowed and mined.
Collective work was applied to all these people. Many monuments were demolished in the 3rd Republic, which praised the heroism of these soldiers and officers. This besides happened on the Recovered and Acquired Lands, which, of course, was an highly anti-Polish action. He looked at it with a grin of an IPN officer, and present the candidate for president of the Republic of Poland, others from today's candidates looked with approval.
Dishonest words keep falling all the time. Sławomir Cenckiewicz in 2015 ruled, awakening the joy of senseless retaliators, that the Polish People's Republic was not Poland and the LWP was not the Polish Army. Almost everyone was silent, and absurd thesis did not meet the common reaction she deserved. Prof. Bronisław Łagowski published his collection of texts entitled "Falsche history, incorrect policy". That's an highly accurate statement.
False dogmas announced by post-solidarist dintojra supporters must be refuted. It is essential to break into dust and dust a false dogma which undermines the Polishness and the actions of soldiers 1 and 2 of the Polish Army. This must be done now, which is erstwhile the last of these soldiers ends their lives. III of the Republic of Poland for fighting, sacrifice, wounds, defiance paid them with contempt, lies and humiliation. And we should tell them – thank you. Say it loud and in public.
This is why we organize in Katowice on 25 January Conferences "Black and Shadows of People's Poland". We hope that this will start a nationwide discussion on the erroneous and hostile continuity of the country's historical policy in the 3rd Poland. A political direction that disfellowshipped those who did not want to follow the communicative of the narrated rams as a flock of foolish rams.
