We believe in offices, but we are besides preparing an investment strategy in the PRS sector. A portfolio of 10,000 apartments in the position of 5-7 years would be an attractive but besides realistic goal – says Paweł Sobolewski, Managing manager for Poland at Kingstone Real Estate.
