At the end of May, Rafał Brzoska, a well-known entrepreneur and president of InPost, will end up in the government's deregulation team. As he acknowledged in his interview with the Polish Press Agency, his decision is dictated by the request to return to full engagement in the management of the company. "There will be no negative effects in these 100 days, but in the long word no company is able to make without a leader," said Brzoska.
Although his departure from the function is planned, it was not without strong words to both the European Union and the Polish legal system. The entrepreneur did not hide the disappointment of the EU's regulatory policy, which he defined as a barrier to the improvement of home entrepreneurship. "We are only recipients of regulations imposed by Brussels that limit our competitiveness, specified as the Green Deal", said Brzezska.
"Checking" – an initiative that can affect Europe as a whole
The “We check” project, set up at the initiative of Brzoski, was intended to identify and destruct regulations detrimental to entrepreneurs. The squad he led is planning to submit around 400 simplification proposals. The first tranche of solutions was presented to the government in March. Peaches argued that akin initiatives could be launched in another EU countries, which could lead to real changes at EU level as well.

He believes that the top absurdity of the current regulation is the deficiency of presumption of innocence of the taxpayer. "In criminal law, all criminal ... must prove that the criminal has committed specified an act. And the taxpayer? He must prove that he is innocent, that the mistake he made was not intentional," he notes.

Unpunished offices, citizens under pressure
InPost's chief besides criticises the deficiency of accountability of the offices for failing to meet administrative deadlines.
