The mayor of the capital, Rafał Trzaskowski, said that he had convened an extraordinary session for 1 purpose: to take action and make decisions regarding the first phase of the introduction of night prohibition, which for the time being is to cover 2 districts: Śródmieście and Praga Północ. In his opinion, the consequence of public consultations clearly showed what the residents want, and the referendum is unnecessary.
