Only on 2 December will the Constitutional Tribunal decide whether the provisions on persons receiving a pension are compatible with the Constitution. Thousands of seniors, mainly women, from the 1949–1953 years, are waiting to be settled, who have switched to the service during the transitional period between the old and the fresh system.
