The U.S. Secretary of State present threatened that the U.S. would in a fewer days quit trying to bring peace between Russia and Ukraine if there were no signals that an agreement on this substance was to be achieved. The spokesperson for the Kremlin Dmitri Pieskov responded to these words, who stated that Russia's assessment could be made of any advancement in ending the war in Ukraine.
