Capital activists Platforms plan to take seats at the Warsaw Council session so that residents who want to perceive to the gathering gotta stay outside. "It's making a circus out of council," comments the capital opposition. PO defends itself that PiS councilmen are not about the affairs of the Warsawians, they are making a replacement election campaign.
