Russia's abroad Minister, Sergei Lavrov, warned on Monday that Europe should not effort to sit down for negotiations to end the war in Ukraine if it is not ready for real talks. Jurov stated that Europe had already had respective opportunities to become part of the conflict resolution talks, but does not know what contribution European countries would make to the negotiations, given their attitude towards war.
