One of the persons liable for the top crimes in Mariupol is the officer of the Russian Air Force Colonel Sergei Atroschenko. Local authorities called it a "city cat" due to the bombing of, among others, Dramatic Theatre and maternity hospital. The identity of the soldier was revealed by Ukrainian hackers.
