A collection of legal aid is underway in the Konrad Dulkowski trial, the current head of the far left organization “Rasist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre”.
We have seen another phase in the fight against OMZRiK and Konrad Dulkowski. It is led by a historical writer and writer Radosław Patlewicz. He was accused by Dulkowski, among others, of calling him the accomplice of the criminal Rafał Gawł.

On August 17, 2022, as an investigative writer of the magazine and portal Magna Polonia, I published a publicist material on the activities of the “Rasist and Xenophobic behaviour Monitoring Centre” and its president Konrad Dulkowski. The guest of my broadcast was Jacek Giza, a Polish entrepreneur who was falsely told by the Centre about the call for hatred against nationalities and promotion of the fascist strategy (Articles 256 and 257 kk). There was a court case during which Jacek Giza was yet acquitted. In an interview, this man spoke about the scandalous methods of the “Centre”, the forgery of evidence, and how his private business in the automotive manufacture almost collapsed through media harassment and a wave of hatred on social networks, caused by Konrad Dulkowski.
In consequence to this recording, Konrad Dulkowski posted an entry on the "Centre" profile, in which he presented me as a criminal, spreading hatred against the anti-Ukrainian and anti-Jewish background. On 1 September Konrad Dulkowski, acting by a well-known method, filed a announcement against me to the prosecutor's office in Krosno with Articles 256 and 257 KK. He accused me of spreading hatred towards Jews and Ukrainians. He clearly wanted revenge for the recording of August 17th and threatening me before continuing to conduct a journalistic investigation into the Centre.
Without actual evidence of my alleged hatred, the suspect joined his announcement against me ripped from the context of the statements, as well as screenshots from my wife's Facebook account. Due to the apparent inadmissibility of accusations against me, the prosecution in Krosno rejected Dulkowski's notice. After making a dissatisfied decision in my case, the suspect appealed, but the first order was upheld by the territory Court of Krosno. Moreover, this court pointed out in the explanatory memorandum that in its notice, the suspect was ripping my statements out of context. The following is simply a key part of the justification for the decision to discontinue proceedings.
Konrad Dulkowski acts methodically. Since I could not be harmed by a false study from 256 and 257kk, he filed a private indictment against me at the Warsaw Court. He accused me, among others, of calling him suspected (sic!) of making false and motivated notifications (including me and Jack Giza – there was proceedings against him). Another charge was allegedly a false assertion on my part that Dulkowski is cooperating with a convicted criminal Raphael Gawle who has been sentenced to 2 years in prison, which is, of course, besides true.
In the following months, Dulkowski publically defamed me on the Facebook profile of the Center, accusing me, among others, of being a vulgar person, lying, propagating fascism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism. In addition, Dulkowski claimed that I was impunityless, and allegedly a biased prosecutor and court defend me. Information about the preservation by the territory Court in Krosno of the decision of the Krosno prosecutor to discontinue proceedings in my case, the suspect provided in a manipulated version, the editorial of “Gazeta Wyborcza”, which published a scandalous article, defaming me, prosecutor Tomasz Lorenc and justice Anna Konieckowska-Kandefer.
There can be no agreement that people conducting aggressive and persistent activity calculated to destruct their private and public enemies should not only be impunityless, but they inactive usage Polish courts to close their mouths to their critics. I'm going to press charges against Konrad Dulkowski. I'll get my rights in court. Of course, I will not halt my activity – it will be the opposite. It is essential to tell halt the impertinent, hypocritical activity of Konrad Dulkowski.
Legal action costs money, unfortunately. On the another hand, I do not want to be alone in this fight, especially as Dulkowski's activities harm not only me but besides a large part of society, especially Polish patriots, whom Dulkowski frequently calls fascists. That is why I am asking for your help. Together, we can end the lying business of the OMZRiK chief. It is not known whether specified an evident chance to uncover the sphere of its harmful social activity will 1 day be repeated.

OUR COMMENTS: This may indeed be the only anticipation to halt the far left OMZRIK, especially as the evidence presented by Radosław Patlewicz proves the evident Dulkowski fucher in his case. The head of the “ Centre” clearly overwhelmed the proverbial stick and aspirated his success. It could lose him, if, of course, the court is impartial...
