The Russians and Belarusians can play Polish but besides Latvian and Lithuanian border in a very diverse way. From causing panic and fear that the "mythical" Wagner hangs on to the sloping gulf, to, unfortunately, diversionary actions at hazard of life and wellness threatening border guards.
