The Coalition of the 8 Stars assured of its impunity (because it has a "waaga") continues to violate the law and the Constitution. Despite the Court of First Instance's refusal to enter a neo-government of public media in the KRS, they proceed to be there. According to the Coalition, the law applies erstwhile it suits it and if it does not, it does not recognise it. The constitutional bodies that do not respond to it add the prefix “neo” and deny their legal decisions. But that's besides relative. The Constitutional Authority, the National Judicial Council, to which part of the judges are elected by the Western European Parliament, the Coalition has so far called "neo-KRS". This “neo” disappeared erstwhile a fresh Sejm elected respective Coalition politicians to the KRS, taking respective 1000 zlotys per month. In all institutions there are “cleansings” e.g. in the prosecutor's office for investigating raids on the media and on the presidential palace and in culture, in forests, supervisory boards, ZUS, wellness services. due to the fact that jobs are needed, especially well paid, for the politicians of the ruling parties and their relatives and acquaintances.
18 years ago, a CBA (Central Anti-corruption Office) was established, a peculiar service to combat corruption, especially in state and local institutions. The CBA has detected many economical scandals, including the engagement of crucial politicians of the current Coalition, starting with the large gambling scandal in 2007. Most of the defendants are on the loose due to hiding behind immunity, or the slow work of the justice apparatus. Among them, 1 MP taking bribes has not been convicted, but has yet to receive large compensation “for moral harm”! The effectiveness of CBA activities was due to engagement of their bosses, Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik. In revenge for this, they and their associates were sentenced to prison as early as 2015.
The president of Poland, seeing the political aspect of this conviction, then pardoned them. The coalition, however, despite the President's rights, again convicted them and unlawfully deprived them of parliamentary credentials. The ultimate Court annulled the decisions to remove their seats, but another chamber of the SN, considered by the Coalition to be “more competent”, after “consultation” with the authorities of the Sejm (!), confirmed the deprivation of the mandate of 1 of them (i.e. the another is inactive legally an MP!). Despite legal doubts, the government "December 13" sent the police, who, during the President's absence, removed from the presidential palace, Members of Kamiński and Wąsik in handcuffs. What a disgrace to the government! Thus, for the first time since 1989 there are political prisoners in Poland! This position of illegally imprisoned MPs was emphasized by the president of Poland in his statement. Coalition politicians claim that these MPs are not political prisoners, but convicted of civilian crimes. This translation indicates from what background these politicians are, due to the fact that in the Polish People's Republic there was no political prisoners! due to the fact that the communists lied, they lied, and they're gonna lie, that's all they know, but it doesn't affect the reality, the fact is just one! And if these Members "beyond their responsibilities", what have the people done ordering illegal media business and imprisonment of MPs, or the purgatory of the Public Prosecutor's Office? The president gave the Coalition a chance (this is simply a test of her goodwill) and pardoned these prisoners again. Further and fast (!) actions now belong to the government. To aid the government, on 11 January this year hundreds of thousands of Poles protested against lawlessness and dictatorship in Warsaw. On 13 January there is besides a march in Gdańsk in memory of his president, who was killed as a consequence of feeling at him in the media, for re-election, against the intentions of the current Coalition.

And for the TEU, it says that 1 Chamber of the ultimate Court (which confirmed that Kamiński and Wąsik are inactive Members) is "not a court". But the same home of SN according to her is already a court erstwhile it declared the election valid on October 15! due to the fact that it's Marxist dialectic! For the past 8 years, the European Union's bodies have interfered with the interior affairs of Poland. And they didn't like any bill, and that's what they accused Poland of having no regulation of law. Now that the laws and the Constitution are openly violated in Poland, erstwhile there is dictatorship and there are political prisoners, the Union says it does not interfere in the interior affairs of the associate States! due to the fact that earlier, the German authorities of the Union expressed hope for the triumph of the Coalition, helped it in this politically and materially, and now do not hide their satisfaction that the fresh Polish authorities agree to relocate immigrants and change the Union in the 4th German Reich. If the Coalition does not come to head (and does not indicate anything), then Poland is threatened with failure of sovereignty and slavery. And not only those who actively destruct Poland will be liable for this, but besides those who supported them. And after years, in the textbooks of history, they will besides be mentioned next to the dark nobility of the 18th century, as morally liable for the fall of Poland.
