Many of the people who vote for the United Right are declared Catholics and frequently listeners of Radio Maryja or viewers of tv Trwam. To the Sovereign Poland there is simply a pretension to be intoxicated, due to the fact that they are usually consistent in moral policy, but the Law and Justice are a completely different situation.
Abortion
"I have always been a supporter of the abortion compromise 30 years ago. October 22, 2020 The Constitutional Court ruled that the provisions allowing abortion in the event of severe and irreversible harm to the fetus were unconstitutional. So apparently, as they say the environment of death – (pharmacological) abortion is OK! – for MP PiS. What efforts of generations of many pro-life activists, like theoretically "right", the Catholic government allows for unlimited work. How is simply a pharmacological abortion legal, anyway? Look at the criminal code:
Art.152. §1. Who with the consent of a female interrupts her pregnancy in violation of the laws,
is subject to imprisonment until the age of 3.
§ 2. The same punishment is imposed on a pregnant female who assists or urges a pregnant female to terminate her pregnancy in violation of the law.
And all time a female like that has to aid – a death dealer or a murderous dream team.
It is besides worth seeing the provisions of the household Planning Act, the protection of the human fetus and the conditions for abortion:
Article 4a. 1. Abortion of pregnancy can only be performed by a doctor [...]
3. In the cases referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, abortion shall be carried out by a doctor in a hospital.
As we can see, only a doctor can execute alleged fetal spending and mandatory in a hospital.
In addition, late the Minister of Digitalism Janusz Cieszynski said in TOK FM that he and many members of the Law and Justice Office are supporters of the alleged abortion compromise. On the another hand, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy Marcin Horala in the TVN24's Coffee for the Law Programme raised the issue of the abortion compromise: "The application to the Court was a mistake, both political and substantive".
In vitro
The first crucial task to be debated in the fresh parliamentary word is the civic task restoring in vitro backing by the state. The citizens' "Yes for In vitro" project, which has collected more than half a million signatures, provides that the Minister of wellness will be required to prepare, implement and finance the in vitro fertilisation procedure. In addition, it assumes that all year a minimum of PLN 500 million will be allocated from the state budget for in vitro financing. Even PiS politicians declared support for the project.
– I will support this task due to the fact that that is my view – declared government spokesperson Piotr Müller. And during the debate, the PiS typical stated that the club would be in favour of sending him to further work.
We have never had organization discipline with respect to world-view issues that rise certain moral doubts in many people. I'm certain there won't be any discipline in this case. I will personally vote in favour of this project," said PiS spokesperson Rafał Bochenek, asked if the PiS would vote in favour of the in vitro financing bill by the state.
Józefa Szczurek-Żelazko announced that the club supports the referral of the task to further work. The PiS did not introduce discipline in this vote, and prominent MPs – among others, the Minister of Digitization Janusz Cieszynski declared that they could even stand for it after clarifying the project.
The in vitro task is not at risk, among another things, for the declaration by the Presidential Palace. On Wednesday, President's cabinet chief Marcin Mastalerek said that the president must see the final versions of the project, but he will not block it.
The Prime Minister asked if the voucher would besides include in vitro, said, "Our parent voucher is simply a kind of open offer for another political parties to find a common denominator, to find all those methods that will unite us." erstwhile asked about the indicative amount of the voucher, he reported that it was between 10 and 20 1000 PLN. 49 abstained and 23 voted in favour of the amendment of the Act. These included Mateusz Morawiecki, Rafał Bochenek, Radosław Fogiel, Katarzyna Sójka, Piotr Müller, Marcin Przyparacz and Mariusz Kamiński.
Mateusz Morawiecki announced the "rechristianization of Europe", and present votes for laboratory production of people, their freezing and killing.
‘I believe that in vitro is an acceptable method that can aid many families to have offspring. I believe that the government presently in force in Poland importantly reduces all pathologies in the application of this method. No number of embryos can be created, no number of embryos must be frozen. There are many limitations very much, all embryo must have both parent and father," Joanna Lichocka said.
Magdalena Guziak-Nowak, who is simply a board associate and manager of education in the Polish Association of Human Life Defenders, summed up the Law and Justice:
It is worrying that a large number of Members of the Law and Justice have voted to proceed with this task in the Sejm. The question is whether the Law and Justice are beginning to drift towards a more liberal direction in order to gain the votes of the Liberal electorate.
Thus the Law and Justice tricked their followers into believing in Jesus Christ, but of course the writing media did not even inform them. In this ignorance they have lasted respective years and constantly give votes for a organization that dechristianizes evenly with the Polish people.
