Onno Eichelsheim pointed out the key function of Ukraine, which, for 3 years, has effectively stopped the spread of the conflict in Europe and within NATO. He besides highlighted the increasing threat from Russia, which is constantly investigating European countries through hybrid action. The Netherlands plans to increase its defence capacity to effectively defend the country from possible conflict.
