The Constitution urgently needs to be changed on the issue of the CCC

The Constitutional Tribunal should be composed of 12 judges elected by the Sejm by a 3/5 majority of the statutory number of Members. Judges whose position is being contested should retire. With specified changes by the end of 2025, the Sejm could establish a 3rd of the composition of the TK
