On the website of the Government Legislative Centre, a government draft regulation was published – prepared by the Ministry of abroad Affairs – on the conditions for the designation of public buildings in which protective structures are provided. ‘With respect to the request to supply shelters for a adequate number of persons, the Regulation defines ** types of public buildings providing protection structures**, taking into account their plan intent and another characteristics specified as the occurrence of an underground storey, the number of persons present in them and the useful area,’ the explanatory memorandum of the draft regulation states.
