"In readiness" besides in Wielkopolska. The weather did not prevent the participants

This is the second training in the 12th Wielkopolska Territorial Defence Brigade.

Nearly 40 participants despite the rain came to the barracks of the 122th Light Infantry Battalion in Dolashev to have universal voluntary defensive training. "inReady", is simply a task of the Ministry of National Defence and the General Staff of the Polish Army.

The first module is simply a basic safety course - first medical assistance. "The ability to give first aid is crucial in almost all aspect of our lives. You never know erstwhile we'll gotta usage this cognition in practice. However, erstwhile faced with specified a task, it is worth knowing that we are no alien to the pattern of conduct. This way we can avoid stress or panic. Those active in defence training had the chance to take first-aid classes. Soldiers - paramedics, explained how to take care of individual who, for example, lost consciousness. The students learned, among others, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (RKO) and the usage of AED. The classes were workshops, so each associate had the chance to practice the procedure"- informs Captain Anna Jasińska-Pawlikowska, press officer of the 12th Wielkopolska Territorial Defence Brigade.

The another issues active survival. 1 of the instructors was commander 122 blp in Dolaszew, Colonel Jarosław Łojek. Soldiers taught participants how to usage the map in a simple way, prepare for emergency situations, light fire, and how to prepare water for drinking and shelter. The training in cyber-hygiena was besides of large interest, during which students learned how to take care of their safety in the network and how not to fall prey to, for example, "phishing".

The last module is - real skills - real immunity. "inReady" teaches how to respond in crisis situations, support emergency services and stay calm in stress. It is simply a applicable training that gives real skills to save lives - both their own and others. It is worth remembering that safety starts with ourselves.
