As Liberal and left-wing parties take power, the subject of legalization of abortion returns to the parliament. The changes proposed by them may lead to the legal killing of unborn children in Poland until the transportation date!
All these solutions are a legal locket that will, in practice, enable innocent children to be killed in the early stages of their lives, at a time erstwhile they request protection in particular. The introduction of these provisions will consequence in the taking of lives of up to tens of thousands of children each year!
Not only are we facing a return to the situation before the 2020 Constitutional Court's judgment, when, in the majesty of law, it was allowed to kill unborn children due to their illness or malformations, but even applicable complete legalisation of abortion. The life of the most innocent human beings lies in the hands of Polish parliamentarians!
Therefore We request from the heads of 4 parliamentary clubs (beyond the Citizens' Coalition and the fresh Left, which have reported projects introducing abortion on request)to vote against draft laws which liberalise Polish abortion law.
