Kellogg's visit takes place among widespread speculations and fears that president Donald Trump can negociate a peace agreement on Ukraine ponad heads of Kiev and another Western allies.
Last week Kellogg announced that he would travel to Germany, Belgium and Ukraine on 13-22 February, “to support president Trump's goal of Ensuring peace through strength in Ukraine and maintaining the interests of the national safety of the United States."
