On 10 January this year, the Chief of Defence Staff of Rwanda Gen. Jean Bosco Kazura was on an authoritative visit to the General Staff of the HR. During the staff talks, the heads of defence of Poland and Rwanda discussed the situation of regional safety in the light of Russian aggression against Ukraine, the logistical and training process of assistance to the country.
