In mid-March, Ukrainian portal Uprom.info reported the completion of production of the first 15 self-propelled artillery anti-aircraft kits Victor Kal. 14.5 mm intended for support of Ukraine. Now any of them have been spotted erstwhile travelling on Ukrainian roads.
