Ukrainian Act. Zbigniew Bogucki explains the president's motives

President Karol Nawrocki reported that he did not sign an amendment to the Act on Assistance to Ukrainian Citizens. He said that only Ukrainians who work in Poland should receive a benefit of 800 plus. He besides announced an initiative on the IPN Act and the alignment of flag symbols with Nazi and Communist.
