Since the election of the president not the 1 the governing coalition wished, there has been a dispute between the president and the Prime Minister, on all possible issues concerning both interior and global policies. I'll handle the interior dispute today. A government coalition with a majority in the Sejm produces laws that the president does not accept. Rulers do not have a majority capable of rejecting another veto of the President. Unfortunately, the quality of these proposed laws is partially good, corrupted by the alleged "drops" of legislators which prevent the president from accepting. The subject of presidential vetoes was on my blog, among another things in the notehttps://oldy-bob.blogspot.com/2026/06/wetoman.html
I have considered and believe that this artificially induced conflict is intended to escalate the "war" waged by the government with the president and to blame the president for the government's inability. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1358597573087673. This is told by an excluded MP from the KO Whether he is doing it out of revenge for exclusion or telling the press that is disadvantaged to the ruling. I think he's telling the truth.
All these propoagandists from the ruling coalition, I urge that you get acquainted with the reasons for not accepting the president of their laws due to formal errors. Recently, public opinion has warmed up the subject of fuel prices."The president blocked the bill, which allowed to taxation immense profits from fuel companies, so that cheaper fuels could be financed on our stations" - said the Prime Minister. The unusual and incomprehensible situation for me is that the cognition of the "gigantic profits of fuel companies" of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance did not till the 3rd year of power. Before that, they did not know what was incorrect with their competence in their offices. All right, possibly they didn't know and excessive profits didn't come in March 2026. The parliament needed 3 months to prepare a bill in July to be imposed from March. The question asked is whether the law introducing increased taxes for fuel companies can act retroactively is not the answer due to the fact that this is straight due to the constitutional rule of a democratic regulation of law. The current government is simply a "fighting democracy" so it interprets the Constitution as it understands it. I will not tell the rulings how this problem could be solved without conflict due to the fact that they do not want it, they want only a conflict of burden on the president and as a consequence the losses are borne by the tanking cars of the driver and the full society due to the fact that advanced fuel prices will translate into higher prices.
Just out of curiosity, I took a look at the late praised Orlen whose value increased by 200 %https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=27959977900281929
Is the increase in Orlen value affecting fuel prices at stations, if negative due to the fact that prices are rising. possibly the falling net profits of this company have an impact. And this is how they have developed in fresh years. Year2021 -11.12 billion PLN.Year 2022 -33.63 billion PLN.Year 2023 - 20.92 billion PLN.It's the period erstwhile Orlen was headed by the Pcimia mayor. Must be fake data.
Year 2024 about PLN 1.3 -2.83 billion.Year 2025 about PLN 2.53 -2.65 billion. These are the coalition nominations. Over a period of 2 years, the combined profit of Orlen is more than twice as low than 1 year, the worst consequence of the erstwhile team.
It is hard to be amazed that due to the increasing "budget hole" tiny profits of Orlen fuel is increasingly expensive. Therefore, their own inability to manage is trying to incriminate the president not only in this but many another cases by presenting unacceptable laws.
