According to *European Truth*, Graham has stated that he expects legislative work quickly. The task provides, among another things, for the anticipation of imposing advanced duties – up to 500 % – on goods from countries that keep trade relations with Russia in the field of oil, gas or petrochemical products. This is to apply to countries that, according to the authors of the project, support the Russian war economy or do not supply adequate assistance to Ukraine.
