The package contains 2 elements: the transportation of existing equipment from U.S. resources (the alleged "drawdown") worth US$1.25 billion and orders in the defence manufacture for US$1.22 billion under the Ukraine safety Assistance Initiative. The second amount exhausts the anticipation of contracting fresh equipment and ammunition for Ukraine under measures presently approved by Congress.
