US and Philippines start intelligence cooperation

According to the press agency Reuters, US Secretary of defence Lloyd Austin signed a deal with his Filipino counterpart Gilberto Teodoro. The agreement was concluded in Manila, where both heads of defence departments besides began building a common coordination centre that would facilitate cooperation between the armed forces of both states.
